释义 Definition

绝对不应期:在神经元或肌细胞产生一次动作电位后的短暂时间内,无论刺激多强都不可能再次触发新的动作电位的阶段。它主要由电压门控钠通道(Na通道)失活所致。(另有“相对不应期”,此时强刺激仍可能触发。)
